Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery times

• United States: 5–8 business days
• Canada: 5–8 business days
• Other countries: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs

• United States: free tracked shipping on the 4-pack. Single cloth orders: flat rate shown at checkout.
• Canada: free tracked shipping on every order.
• Other countries: rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.

Duties and taxes

Orders to the US and Canada don't have extra duties at delivery. Other countries may charge import duties, paid by the recipient.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 15 business days after shipping, or arrives damaged, email support@hellosteadwell.com. We'll send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before it ships.
