We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Results depend on use: the cloth is designed to dry surfaces and prevent new water spots; it isn't a chemical descaler.
Shipping is covered by our shipping policy. Refunds and our 100-day money-back guarantee are covered by our refund policy.
